  A GREAT LIVING NIGHTMARE!!! As a first time homebuyer- the purchase of a brand new trailer as a first time seemed like a great idea. Well- from day 1 I had nothing but problems. Upon closing- the trailer was dusty, dirty, covered in anti-freeze (not what you expect for a brand new home). There were many safety issues in the yard that were promised to be taken care of- and now that AGL has the money for the trailer- it's a different story. 1st time using my oven there was a full blown bonfire in there because the management didn't put the right orifice in for the propane gas oven. Luckily I was right there and my trailer didn't catch on fire. 2nd. My dryer vent wasn't installed- I had to wait a week to have that done. 3rd. My pipes froze the 1st cold night we got- why? Because the heat tape wasn't installed properly. 4th After living here a little over a month I called AGL to inquire about HEAP for the propane and that's when I was told that the 1st tank of propane was NOT included in the sale of the home and that I am now responsible for a $347 propane bill that AGL DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT and held onto for over 30 days before submitting it to me ONLY because I asked. Be cautious- the salesman will say anything to get the sale and then things promised to you go by the waste side. Get everything in writing....ask questions!! I moved in here Oct 2016....the siding that was attempted to be fixed on the front of my trailer is still blowing in the wind. Again, something to be fixed that still isn't. I recommend knocking on doors and talking to homeowners in which park you could potentially end up in. I currently have a complaint in against AGL for over charging on water (which the salesman lied during sale and said this location' s provider is Kendall water. There is no such thing! So my water bill tripled upon moving into a 900 square foot house from a 2000 square foot house & filling a real swimming pool!)I learned this AGL location charges about $65 for the 1st 1000 gallons of water - while Monroe county charges their residential customers about $4 for that same 1000 gallons of water. New trailers in this location have had water leaks for days, weeks! I had a water petition with at least 10 signatures from homeowners in this park to have the Attorney General look into how it's legal for a business to profit on a necessity one must have to survive. As of 3-7-2018 I still have service/warranty issues from when I moved in!! This is THE SHADIEST/GRIMIEST outfit I have ever encountered in my life. If you're having the same problems please fill out a consumer fraud complaint with the Attorney General so this shady company can finally be investigated/reviewed as this not fair to us as consumers/homeowners!! Run in the opposite direction from this place!
